Over a number of years and through successful management of numerous project recruitment assignments, Options has developed a well-designed process to effectively deliver against our clients’ specific criteria, either for large numbers of candidates in the same or similar job categories or mass recruitment of candidates in differing categories. Projects successfully handled include those for graduate and leadership programmes.
Example of Projects
Retained by an organisation in the financial sector to recruit 200 Graduates. Over 800 advertising responses were received from all over South Africa. These were then shortlisted and categorised into the various provinces. Suitable candidates were contacted and additional information received. Shortlisted candidates were submitted and shortlisted again. Candidates were then contacted for interviews to take place throughout the various provinces. This was completed within the 4 month project time line.
Recruitment of nineteen “high flying” Masters and Doctoral candidates with specialist experience for an Accelerated Leadership Development Programme. The mandate was to search nationally and internationally to ensure sourcing from the best the market had to offer. We were also called on to handle all of the logistics related to travel, assessments, background checks, package negotiation and finalisation of offer. We successfully placed all of the graduates in the three-month project timeline.
Options has been retained to handle the graduate recruitment programme for a large FMCG group for the fourth consecutive year. We are called on to deliver against exceptionally tight deadlines dictated by the lack of availability of line management who form part of the final decision making panel.
An International group used our services to recruit a number of technical specialists for a contract project in Kuwait. Within their deadline of six weeks we were able to arrange for the client to travel to SA and interview a short list of technical specialists.
