PROJECTS

Successfully rolled out 50 GOAL2WORK Work Readiness Programmes (WRP) for over 1500 beneficiaries in Gauteng, Pietermaritzburg and the Northern Cape. The scope of this project required encouragement of all stakeholders to collaborate in WRP awareness campaigns. Recruitment and registration of beneficiaries was successfully conducted and GOAL2WORK training manuals, resource material and workbooks were printed and delivered to site. Some communities had very little infrastructure and presented challenges in terms of travel, logistics and facilities all of which were managed effectively. Professional project management ensured every deliverable and deadline was met, as well as production of informative reports, research material and analysis as well as a post-programme track and trace service. Registration, surveys and reports were captured on the Options inhouse Learner Management System (LMS) allowing for extraction of a wide variety of data. Execution of high-quality facilitation by master trainers ensured excellent outcomes as evidenced by the high percentage of beneficiaries who secured viable employment, returned to studies or became entrepreneurs post workshop.
University / Community Projects
Work readiness project for an institution involved in delivering an accredited qualification. The project encompassed contacting and briefing students and scheduling and running five-day workshops for students throughout seven provinces. The GOAL2WORK programme encompassed job search, work readiness and computer literacy modules as well as ensuring each student received a fully prepared curriculum vitae. The complexity and magnitude of this project required significant planning and logistics and was professionally delivered on time and to the complete satisfaction of our clients.
